Bio

Roman is a Partner and General Counsel at Quantum. Prior to joining Quantum, he served as a Partner and General Counsel at GoldenTree Asset Management. Prior to joining GoldenTree, he was General Counsel at Allvue Systems, LLC. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Providence Equity Partners LLC. Roman has also held positions at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP. Roman is a graduate of Stanford Law School. While in law school he served as an editor of the Stanford Law Review and was a founding member of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Business Administration.
