Borja is Founding Partner at Q-Growth and Q-Prime. He has developed his professional career as a professional investor in different fields. Mr. Perez Arauna is Board Member of Grupo Timon and its subsidiaries, where he held various executive positions until becoming CEO. Previously, Mr. Perez Arauna has been Chairman of Qualitas Equity Partners since its foundation, boosting its investments and divestments processes, through out the different funds created since 2003. From 2000 to 2018 he has been a Board Member of Grupo Prisa, with presence in the board’s Delegated Committees. Mr. Perez Arauna participates actively in the boards of trustees in foundations of the cultural and educational fields. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense of Madrid and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE).
