Abrar Mir has over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and the healthcare sector. He has led numerous private equity transactions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Mr. Mir previously served as the Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Religare Capital Markets. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s global investment banking group. Mr. Mir is a qualified international finance lawyer and holds an M.Phil in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
