Silvia has an extensive background in finance and strategy and directs the firm’s day-to-day operations, including organizational management, employee engagement, marketing, and communications. Ms. Cruz manages strategic initiatives that contribute to the long-term growth of the business and supports investor relations. Prior to joining QHP Capital, Ms. Cruz was the Vice President of Finance and Strategy and Vice President of Sales at EF Education First, an international education company that specialized in language training, educational travel, academic degree programs and cultural exchange. Ms. Cruz developed and drove company strategy, planning, and operations and managed the P&L for one of EF’s fastest growing business units. Prior to joining EF, Ms. Cruz worked as a consultant for L.E.K. Consulting in Los Angeles where she worked on projects that included strategic planning, customer segmentation, and revenue optimization, primarily in the life sciences industries.
