Bio

Prior to joining Qalaa Holdings in 2014, Mr. Abd El Sattar has held numerous leadership positions at Raya Group’s Information Technology and Consulting Services, culminating in his appointment as CEO of Raya International Services business unit in 2009. His long career with Raya began in 1993 and included serving as Chief Operations Officer at Raya IT, Director of Professional Services, General Manager of Strategic Projects, General Manager of Oratech, and as General Manager of International Operations. Mr. Abd El Sattar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management.
