Bio

Mark has over twenty-four (24) years of operational, logistics and business development experience and over ten (10) years of acquisition experience. Mark joined PVB Capital due to his experience and interest in the event industry. Prior to joining PVB Capital, Mark managed eleven acquisitions for Classic Party Rentals, including target identification, negotiation, due diligence and financial modeling. Mark has strong operations experience due to his tenure at RR Donnelley. At RR Donnelley, Mark managed a profitable $60 million business and managed a 250 person logistics division. Mark began his career at BP/Amoco, responsible for business development and acquisitions in various divisions. Mark received a B.A. from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mark is a CPA.
