Bio

Neil is a principal in our Boston office. Previously, he was a director of value creation at Vista Consulting Group, an affiliate of Vista Equity Partners, where he focused on enterprise value creation across a portfolio of software technology investments. Prior to that, Neil worked with two Vista portfolio companies driving business transformation outcomes, coordinating mergers and acquisitions activities and leading proven operational strategies in marketing, sales, services, support and customer success. He was also a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions advisory practice and began his career as an aeronautical engineer at Boeing. Neil earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
