Bio

Govind is a principal in our Boston office. Previously, he was an investor with Spectrum Equity, a Boston- and San Francisco-based growth equity firm, where he focused on investments in the software, healthcare IT and data & information services sectors. While at Spectrum Equity, Govind served on the board of Tenstreet and was a board observer at Verisys. He also worked in the technology mergers and acquisitions investment banking group at Barclays in New York. Govind received a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in finance and philosophy.
