Bio

Brett is a principal in our Boston office. Previously, he was a vice president at Barclays in the financial sponsors group and focused on structuring and arranging debt financings for private equity firms across a variety of industries. Before that role, Brett was an associate at Dechert in the corporate and securities group. Brett received a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
