Bio

Aaron is general counsel and chief compliance officer in our Boston office. Previously, he was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised investment advisers and institutional investors in the formation and operation of private funds, regulatory compliance and various transactional matters. Aaron received a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
