Bio

Sarah joined Providence in 2014 and is a managing director and the firm's general counsel and chief compliance officer. Sarah Conde is the general counsel, managing director, and chief compliance officer based in our Boston office, where she focuses on legal and compliance matters. She is a member of the firm's ESG committee and is a director of Anthology. Prior to joining Providence in 2014, Ms. Conde was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP, where she advised investment advisers and private funds. She is a trustee of Lincoln School in Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Conde holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
