Michael joined our Providence office in 1998. He is currently a director of The Chernin Group, OUTFRONT Media, Populous, Sweetwater, TAIT and Tempo Music. Michael Dominguez is chief investment officer and a senior managing director based in our Providence office. He is a member of the investment, portfolio review and executive committees, leads the firm’s portfolio operations group and serves as co-chair of Providence's ESG and D&I committees. Mr. Dominguez is currently a director of The Chernin Group, OUTFRONT Media, Populous, Sweetwater, TAIT and Tempo Music. He was previously a director of AutoTrader, Bresnan Communications, CDW, EdgeConneX, GLM, Learfield Sports, OEConnection, PanAmSat, RentPath, Tele1, Topgolf and ZeniMax. Prior to joining Providence in 1998, Mr. Dominguez worked for Salomon Smith Barney in corporate finance, where he focused on the communications industry. Previously, he held positions with Morgan Stanley and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Dominguez holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
