Prior to joining Provenance, Paula worked closely with several leading international brands and multibillion-dollar private equity firms. Previously, she was Operating Partner at TSG Consumer Partners from 2014-2017 where she helped source and diligence new investment opportunities in the broader apparel and retail category and oversaw operational and management strategy at portfolio companies that included Revolve, Forward by Elyse Walker, Alexis Bittar, Backcountry, and Paige Denim. Before TSG, Paula served as Global President of Diane von Furstenberg (“DvF”) from 1999 to 2013, where she led DvF’s transformative growth into an international lifestyle brand and scaled the business from less than $1 million of revenue to over $300 million of revenue by leading omnichannel expansion through a global footprint of free standing DvF stores, launching DvF.com, and establishing a substantial presence in department stores worldwide. Paula currently serves on the board of MeUndies, a Provenance portfolio company, as well as ThredUp (NASDAQ: TDUP), a publicly-traded high-growth recommerce platform. Paula is a graduate of Villanova University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Business Administration.
