Dan DeSantis is a partner with Provariant Equity Partners. His responsibilities include sourcing and transacting new investments, as well as managing portfolio company oversight. Dan also provides leadership in transaction execution to ensure consistency and quality. Dan was with Linsalata Capital Partners for 16 years and currently serves on the boards of Happy Floors and Signature Systems, and previously served as Chairman of Excell which was recently exited. Prior Linsalata Capital portfolio companies include: Potpourri Group, Alenco Windows, Stanton Carpet, Spartan Foods, Paradigm Packaging and Transpac. Previously, Dan was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP where he provided M&A transaction support services to middle market clients. Prior to Ernst & Young, Dan held a variety of financial management positions at Rand McNally & Company. He began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse. Dan received a B.S. in accountancy from Miami University, and he earned an M.B.A. with distinction, in Finance and Marketing, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
