Ali is responsible for deal analysis, execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting for the Firm’s investments. Prior to joining Prostar Capital, Ali was a Manager at Grant Thornton within the M&A and Financial Modelling team where he advised clients in relation to M&A transactions, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and development of business cases. His advisory experience has facilitated decision making at the board level and is supported by experience in due diligence and business valuation roles.
