Mike McInerney is a Vice President of Prospect Partners. Before joining the firm, he was an Assistant Vice President of the private debt firm Antares Capital in Chicago. At Antares Capital, Mike structured and executed debt investment opportunities as well as equity co-investments, supporting private equity-backed transactions. Earlier, he worked as an Associate of the middle-market private equity firm Lake Capital in Chicago, where he was actively involved in all aspects of the firm's investment process. Before that, Mike was an Analyst in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch in New York. Mike serves as a Director of All Glass & Windows Holdings, Inc., Cyclonaire Holding Corporation, and Education Futures Group, LLC. He was previously a Director of Absolutely Custom Group, Inc., ICI Holding Company, and Prospect Water Co. LLC. Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.B.A. He received an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
