Prior to forming Prospect Partners in 1998, Lou Kenter was the Principal of buyout firm Kenter and Co. Before that, he held positions at Marquette Venture Partners, McKinsey & Company, and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. At Prospect Partners, Lou is currently Chairman of the following platform companies: Education Futures Group, LLC, Owen Equipment Holdings Corp., and Prospect Pools Group, LLC. He is also a Director of Minuteman Holdings, LLC, and Navix Holdings Corp. Lou formerly served as Chairman of CoAMS Holdings, Inc., Delta Industrial Services, LLC, Education Corporation of America, GameMark Products, Inc., ICI Holding Company, Kronos Foods, Inc., Prospect Water Co. LLC, Studio Equipment Services, LLC, Summit Companies, and Weaver Holding Company. He also was a Director of Linkage Holdings Corp., Utility Service Partners and V4 Group, Inc. Lou's outside board positions include a chairmanship of JBC Holding Co., a personally-owned holding company with several operating divisions. Lou earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
