Erik Maurer joined Prospect Partners in 1998 and became a Principal of the Firm in 2000. Before that, he was a Commercial Banking Officer at Northern Trust Company, where he focused on making loans to middle-market companies. Erik serves as Chairman of Bland Landscaping Company, Inc., Cyclonaire Holding Corporation, Landmark Irrigation Holding Services, Inc. and Wedgewood Hospitality Group, Inc. He serves as a Director of Waste Harmonics Holdings, LLC. He was previously Chairman of Absolutely Custom Group, Inc., Gold Star Food Service, Inc., Knight Packaging Group, Inc., Pipp Mobile Storage Systems Holding Company, and Superior Tool Holding Company, and was previously a Director of CoAMS Holdings, Inc., First Texas Products, Inc., Optronics Products, Inc., PAC Holding Company, Velvac Holdings, Inc., Wrap Pack Products Corporation, and V4 Group, Inc. Erik earned a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
