Brad O'Dell joined Prospect Partners in 2009 and became a Principal of the firm in 2017. Before joining the firm, he was a Vice President at Silver Oak Services Partners, an Evanston, Ill.-based lower-middle-market private equity firm focused on business, consumer and healthcare service industries. At Silver Oak, Brad was actively involved in all aspects of the firm's investment process. Earlier, he worked as an Associate of the private equity investment firm Willis Stein & Partners in Chicago. He also worked as an Analyst at the investment banking firm Harris Williams & Co. in Richmond, Va. Brad serves as Chairman of Innovetive Petcare Holdings, LLC, and Velocity Aerospace Holding Group, Inc. He is a Director of Bland Landscaping Company, Inc., and Tender Products, Inc. He previously served as a Director of Gold Star Food Service, Inc., Kronos Foods, Inc., and Summit Companies. Brad earned a B.S. from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
