Bio

Sarah Fitzmartin is a Controller in the Valuation and Due Diligence group. Prior to joining Prospect, she was a senior consultant in the M&A Transaction Services group of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Sarah worked on providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services, to both corporate and private equity clients in a wide range of industries (including consumer, technology, media and telecom, and financial services). Before transitioning to this role in 2018, Sarah spent three years in Deloitte’s audit practice, where she began her career. Sarah received her BBA and MS from the University of Nebraska. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
