In private equity since 2003, prior to joining Progressio in 2007, Alessandro worked as a senior analyst for the advisory firm Livolsi & Partners (2004-2007). Before that Alessandro worked as analyst for the private equity firms Convergenza (2002-2004) and Paladin Capital Partners (2002-2003). Alessandro holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Cagliari and a Master in Venture Finance from the University of Pavia.
