Magnus Hardmeier is Partner and Executive Chairman. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, in which Priveq will contribute with growth and value creation as well as implement growth strategies in cooperation with other owners, the Board of Directors and management. Magnus started working with Private Equity in 1987 and was one of the founders of Priveq in 1998. He has, among others, been responsible for the ownership in Gibeck, Hörnell, FM Mattsson Mora Group and Novaseptic. Magnus is currently a Director of the Boards of Mentice and Crem International and Deputy of the Boards of Danfo, Nordic Room Improvement, Omegapoint and Scanmast. Prior to Priveq, Magnus worked with Private Equity at Företagskapital and at Wallenius Lines as Controller. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at McGill University in Montreal.
