Ryan is an Investment Partner at Pritzker Private Capital leading the firms’ Services sector investing. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Ryan was a Director at Madison Dearborn Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar Chicago-based firm. Ryan focused on investments in business services as well as technology, media and telecommunications services and served on the boards of six different portfolio companies during his ten years with the firm. Prior to Madison Dearborn, Ryan was an Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a multi-billion dollar New York-based private equity firm. Ryan also previously worked for Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (now Metalmark Capital). Ryan received an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
