Dwight Gibson Bio

Dwight Gibson is an Operating Partner – Manufactured Products for Pritzker Private Capital. Dwight works with Aurorium, NAI Group, and Plaskolite. Dwight joined PPC in 2024. Prior to PPC, Dwight served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BlueLinx Corporation, a publicly traded Building Materials Distribution company. Prior to BlueLinx, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for SPX Flow Corporation and previously held a variety of senior management roles at Trane Technologies (formerly known as Ingersoll Rand). Dwight began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He is also a Board member for Holcim, a publicly traded global producer of cement and aggregate products, and Interface Corporation, a publicly traded commercial flooring manufacturer. Dwight received his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, his M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and his B.B.A. from Howard University.
