Stephen is a founding member of Primavera Capital Group. He leads or co-leads the firm’s investments in consumer & retail, advanced manufacturing, and business services sectors. He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Culture and Human Capital Committee. Stephen led or played an important role in deals including Focus Media, DiDi, Yum China, 4Paradigm, SenseTime, Xingsheng Selected, Zeyi Supply Chain, Sublue, Ruigu Shop, etc. He currently serves on the boards of 4Paradign, Xingsheng Selected, and Zeyi Supply Chain, etc. Previously, Stephen was an investment professional at Morgan Stanley Special Situations Group and Investment Banking Division. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master in Accounting from Tsinghua University.
