Bio

Fabian Walesch (1976) has been a partner of PREMIUM since August 2015. Previously, he worked for four years for the Swiss Private Equity Fund Cross Equity Partners. As a Senior Investment Manager, he has generated, conducted and supported several medium-sized investments in Switzerland and Germany. From 2005 to 2011 he worked for the medium-sized investor Halder in Frankfurt, where he successfully carried outseveral buy-out transactions as Investment Manager with Marcel van Wijk, including ADA Cosmetics and VAG fittings. Fabian was a member of advisory boards of medium-sized companies in the sectors of machinery and plant construction, industrial production, building technology, cosmetics, as well as in company suppliers of the pharmaceutical and automotive industries. He began his professional career at Placement Agent Triago in Paris. He then moved on to the family-owned M&A boutique, Boehm-Bezing, Sieger & Cie. in Stuttgart for three years. Born in Munich, he completed his business administration studies at the Munich Business School in Munich, London and Paris and obtained an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London. He also holds a certificate as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
