Bio

Mr. Lynch is a senior investment professional with over 25 years of private equity, financial consulting and operations experience. He is a Partner and Head of the Midwest Region. Prior to joining PPC, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director of MVC Capital and The Tokarz Group Advisers with responsibilities for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments. Prior to joining MVC Capital, Mr. Lynch was with FTI Consulting, Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services, and Owens Corning Corporation. Mr. Lynch currently serves on the board of directors of Shift Digital and Precast Specialties, and previously served on the boards of Mariana Systems, Advantage Insurance, Focus Pointe Global, Marine Exhibition Corporation, SHL Previsor, Lumidigm and Molecular Imprints.
