Raquel joined Potentia in 2021 as Operating Partner – Talent. Prior to joining Potentia, Raquel built, led, and scaled Talent Acquisition teams for ANZ, Envato, and MYOB, among others. Raquel combines hands-on recruitment experience with strategic thinking, specialising in high-growth technical businesses and Executive hiring.
