Rainey Janke is Vice President of Investor Relations at Post Oak Energy Capital. She manages the investor base in addition to raising private equity capital for the firm. She sits on the board of Nadel & Gussman N.V., LLC. Prior to joining Post Oak, Mrs. Janke was Vice President of Investor Relations at EnerVest, Ltd. in which she managed investor needs and cultivated relationships with prospective investors. Mrs. Janke helped to raise five private equity funds totaling $7.5 billion and several co-investment partnerships totaling $734 million. As well, Mrs. Janke helped negotiate oil & gas credit facilities on behalf of the institutional funds and hedged the fund’s production through a variety of derivative products. Mrs. Janke acted as Treasurer for the Belden & Blake Corporation and was a member of the Defined Benefit and 401K Retirement Committee for EnerVest, ltd. Mrs. Janke began her career at Frost National Bank in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Janke received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mrs. Janke was a Normandy Scholar in 1999 and was appointed to George W. Bush’s Juvenile Criminal Justice Committee in 1998-1999.
