Bio

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ramón Sabater, Angulas Aguinaga, EYSA, IAN, Mediterránea, Grupo Uno CTC, TRISON, Blue Sea, Vivanta and Supera. He was a founding partner at Ibersuizas since 1990, as legal counsel. Previously worked in the public sector and at companies like the promoters of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. He has been teacher at the Instituto Empresa, member of the Civil and Commercial Arbitrage Court, of the Spanish Stock Market Commission´s Advisory Board and President of the Spanish Private Equity Association (ASCRI). Ramón is State Lawyer and Bachelor in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
