Bio

Charles joined Pollen Street in April 2023 and has over two decades of experience across leveraged finance, private equity, restructurings and special situations investments. Prior to joining Pollen Street, Charles was the Head of Private Credit Origination for the EMEA Special Situations Group at Credit Suisse. Previously, Charles was at Goldman Sachs where he led the Workout & Restructuring team for EMEA and Asia. Before that he was part of the Special Credits Group at JPMorgan in New York. In addition, Charles was part of both lending and private equity investment teams with JPMorgan and with American Capital Strategies. He earned an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School, and a B.S. degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the University of Tennessee and is a CFA Charterholder.
