Thorsten Spurr Madsen joined Polaris in 2015. From 2012-2015, Thorsten worked as a consultant in Implement Consulting Group, and from 2009-2012 in the valuation team in Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. M.B.A IMD Business School (Honours).
