Yoshimi Harada Bio

Ms. Harada joined Polaris in Mar 2020. Prior to Polaris, she served launching the Japanese subsidiary of US pharma company as a Head of Corporate Operations. In her career history, she worked at Boston Consulting Group engaging in formulating strategies for consumer goods and digital services after starting her career at Shiseido where she was engaging in the launch of new brands, product planning and marketing. Later, she was involved in corporate turnaround of Kanebo (renamed as Kracie) when invested by PE funds. Subsequently she was a Head of BD and Alliances while serving as a Chief of Staff, and led projects for corporate culture, employees’ engagement, diversity, and corporate governance structure at Pfizer Japan. She has given many lectures on marketing and diversity. Ms. Harada received a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from London Business School.
