Bio

Wayne Bush is responsible for governance matters related to Platinum Equity’s portfolio. He sits on all portfolio company audit committees and is responsible for coordinating the audits across the portfolio. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2021, Mr. Bush held positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Mr. Bush holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University, a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Bush is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. Tax Court.
