Janelle Briggs is the Global Head of Human Resources for Platinum Equity Advisors, responsible for talent development and human resources functions including recruiting and retention, training and professional development, compensation benchmarking, and workplace quality across our global network. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2017, Ms. Briggs spent 22 years at Jefferies serving in a variety of roles including as Global Head of Human Resources, Compensation Manager, and Technology Manager. She also held the role of Senior Project Manager at Bank of America. Ms. Briggs holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from University of California, Berkeley.
