As a member of Platinum Equity’s M&A Operations team, Benjamin York is responsible for performing operational and commercial due diligence on potential acquisition targets and for developing post-acquisition transition and value creation plans. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2007, Mr. York was a Principal at Mercer Consulting. Mr. York holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
