Jean-Marie Hofbauer has been working for PINOVA as a Director since May 2015. Prior to joining PINOVA, Jean-Marie Hofbauer worked in the Corporate Structured Finance and Acquisition Finance departments of UniCredit Bank AG. During his more than four years at UniCredit, he assisted mid and large cap companies in debt finance transactions. Jean-Marie Hofbauer holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Bamberg (B.A.). During his undergraduate studies he spent one year abroad at Oklahoma State University.
