Mr. Wilcop has over 9 years of accounting, audit and transaction advisory experience. Prior to joining Pine Tree Equity in 2019, he was a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services for Deloitte & Touche where he was responsible for accounting due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions for private equity firms. He started his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche serving clients in the investment management industry. Mr. Wilcop earned his Masters of Science in Accounting and his Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
