Mr. Kuiper has over 31 years of accounting and operating experience. Prior to joining Pine Tree Equity in 2013, he was Chief Financial Officer of an acquisitive Pine Tree Equity portfolio company, where he was responsible for managing accounting, analysis, budgeting, controls, financing, reporting, systems, etc. His prior experience includes accounting due diligence, business planning and audit roles on countless acquisitions, dispositions and debt financings for national accounting firms including Crowe Chizek and Grant Thornton. Mr. Kuiper earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.
