Bio

Mr. Stukov joined Pine Brook in July 2018 and is the chief financial officer and the chief compliance officer. Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Stukov was a fund controller at Strategic Value Partners. Previously Mr. Stukov spent seven years at Alinda Capital Partners where he was responsible for the financial reporting and operations of several infrastructure investment funds and co-investment vehicles. Mr. Stukov began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior auditor in their Alternative Investments Asset Management practice. Mr. Stukov holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
