Bio

Jordi has more than 20 years of experience in management, development and growth of companies in Europe. He worked as Director of Operations and General Manager in several industrial companies of international scope in Spain, Germany and France, before working at PHI Industrial. As co-founder of PHI Industrial and head of the Operational Management of the PHI Industrial portfolio companies, Jordi has led the operational change and the creation of sustained value in Innovation, Sales & Marketing, Operations… of more than 25 companies in different sectors (industrial, retail, luxury, logistics, services…). Jordi is an Industrial Engineer from UPC University in Barcelona and has an MBA from ESADE. He has continuously developing his management and innovation skills in various forums and international universities (Stanford University, Singularity University…).
