Bio

Roger has specific responsibility for the firm’s Yorkshire & the North East office and team. Following graduation from Sheffield University and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton, Roger then gained over 23 years corporate finance experience at SG Hambros, KPMG and Deloitte (where he was a partner for over a decade), before joining the DSW Group in 2012. Roger has extensive experience of private equity having advised on MBOs and development capital transactions in a range of sectors, together with formulating and executing exit and refinancing strategies.
