Tom joined Pfingsten in 2020. His operating activities include investment selection, due diligence, company strategy, integration of add-on acquisitions, global sourcing, outsourced services management, continuous improvement, and portfolio company management. Before joining Pfingsten, Tom gained extensive CEO and senior leadership experience investing in and working with engineered products and services companies.
