Scott has over 30 years' experience working with entrepreneur and family-owned companies. Since joining the firm in 1997, Scott has been involved in all aspects of the firm's activities. He is Managing Partner and involved in investor relations, sourcing and executing investment opportunities, debt and equity structuring, portfolio company strategy, add-on acquisitions and divestitures.
