Bio

Duncan L. Evans is a co-founder of Perpetual Capital Partners, and serves as its President & Chief Investment Officer. He is an experienced private equity investor and operating executive with specific expertise in middle market acquisitions, business strategy, managing corporate transitions and accelerating corporate growth. Duncan was a Managing Partner of DCTX Holdings, LLC, a lower middle market private investment firm, and has provided transaction consulting and interim management services to numerous private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. He serves and has served on the board of a number of companies including POLITICO, POLITICO Europe, Garden Fresh Restaurants, and InDemand Interpreting. Previously, Duncan was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Revolution Money, a venture-backed alternative payments startup that was sold to American Express. He ran the Strategic Development organization throughout the Americas at Experian, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new market entry strategies. Duncan was a Principal at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. Duncan graduated cum laude from Middlebury College and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
