Nomsa focuses on ESG performance for investment opportunities and across the Permira portfolio. Prior to joining Permira, Nomsa worked for CDC Group - the UK’s development finance institution – for five years where she advised private equity firms and debt clients across emerging markets on their ESG performance management. Prior to that Nomsa spent five years at ERM and AECOM as an ESG consultant. Nomsa holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick, England, and an MSc from Imperial College London, England. Nomsa is also a certified SA8000 social auditor.
