Matt focuses on Permira’s Growth Opportunities strategy (PGO), which makes large-scale minority, non-control investments. He also covers investment opportunities in the Technology sector. Prior to joining Permira, Matt spent seven years at GHO Capital where he was a Principal and led growth and buy-out investments in the healthcare technology, software and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to that, he worked in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Matt started his career as a software engineer and product manager at start-ups and large organisations. Matt has an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA, as well as a Master's in Computer Science from EPITA School of Engineering and Computer Science, France, and two Master's degrees in Management from Emlyon Business School, France, and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.
