Kelie leads talent acquisition, building relationships and evaluating candidates for roles at portfolio companies and the firm. She also heads The Orbit, Permanent Equity’s talent acquisition network. Outside Work: Kelie loves all things fitness-related. She teaches group fitness, yoga and CrossFit classes. She is also highly competitive on Harry Potter Trivia.
