Bio

John is a founding member of Periphas Capital and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. John worked at Goldman Sachs for over 21 years, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Finance and Administration department for the Merchant Banking Division (“MBD”) until his departure in May 2017. His responsibilities included valuing and monitoring the performance of MBD’s private equity portfolio, budgeting and forecasting for MBD as a division of Goldman Sachs, structuring new investments, and executing exit and hedging transactions. John currently serves on the Board of the Nicholas Center for Autism as Treasurer.
