Priya Saraswati is the Head of Business Development of Percheron Capital. Ms. Saraswati is responsible for managing deal origination, sourcing and marketing functions at the firm. Prior to Percheron, Ms. Saraswati was the Director of Business Development at Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm, where she was responsible for leading the firm’s business development and research teams and growing its sourcing strategy. Prior to Vista Equity Partners, Ms. Saraswati was a member of the business development team at KeyBanc Capital Markets and worked in the investment banking group at CIBC World Markets. She received a BCom in Japanese and Finance from the University of Alberta.
